We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer free 30-day returns.

Our promise

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. Send it back unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to return

1. Email hello@evigiee.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
4. Drop it off at your nearest collection point.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? The quickest way is to return your original piece for a refund and place a new order, so you're not waiting on stock.

Condition

Returned pieces must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and sealed. We can't accept returns that show signs of wear.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we'll issue your refund. See our refund policy for timing and details.
