Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, PayPal and the accelerated wallets shown at checkout. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We pack orders quickly, but if you contact us at hello@evigiee.com within a few hours of ordering we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be changed, but you're always covered by our 30-day returns.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you track orders and check out faster next time.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all orders over 599 kr. Below that, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days across the Nordics. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across the Nordics. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, email us and we'll let you know what's possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer free 30-day returns. Send your piece back unworn and in its original packaging for a full refund. See our returns page for step-by-step instructions.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. See our refund policy for details.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes. The easiest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd like, so you're not waiting on stock.

Products & Care

What are your pieces made from?

Our jewelry is made from recycled silver, 18k gold vermeil over a hypoallergenic nickel-free base, or surgical-grade stainless steel. See our materials page for more.

Are your pieces water-safe and tarnish-resistant?

Yes. Our pieces are made to be worn every day, including handwashing. To keep them looking their best, avoid direct contact with perfume and lotions and store them dry in the pouch provided.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every EVIGIEE piece is covered against manufacturing faults. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it good.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

Our rings are listed in EU sizes (inner circumference in millimetres). Our size guide shows exact measurements and how to measure at home.

Are your pieces adjustable?

Many of our styles have an adjustable finish. Check the product page for details on each piece.
